Atria and Valio continue their collaboration on recipe creation and inspirational cooking with a third recipe booklet. The shared goal is to promote a sustainable lifestyle through food. Chefs Mattias Eriksson (Valio) and Mats Windahl (Atria) have once again worked together across borders to create 14 recipes specifically aimed at public kitchens. These recipes are designed to be easy to prepare, use ingredients that are often already available, and feature flavor profiles that children are likely to enjoy, with a fun twist.
