Recipe N° 2815 is a dark chocolate with the same rich cocoa body topped with bitter notes as the 815 but has a thin fluidity that’s ideal for creating nicely thin chocolate shells through fine moulding or enrobing.
Its warm colour and slight sweetness pair wonderfully with ingredients like exotic fruits!
