Semidried means reducing the water in the product by drying but mostly retaining its consistency. The tomato slices are then marinated to preserve and enhance the natural flavor.
The tomatoes are soft and natural in consistency and should not be compared with sun dried tomatoes.
Used with great advantage on pizzas and ready meals, such as salads and baguettes!
