Our feta is produced in Elassona, northern Greece where sheep and goats graze freely on the slopes of Mount Olympus. About 120 different types of unique plants grow on the mountain, which gives the cheeses their very own stamp and taste. Feta has a slightly sour taste with a little saltiness. The consistency varies from firm to slightly creamy depending on the feta cheese you choose. Suitable in salad and in all kinds of cooking.
