The special thing about Solbacka chicks is that they need a stimulating growing environment for a longer period of time. They want to be able to move freely, they want to be able to climb on straw bales, or pick at a rock if they feel like it.
For us, good taste in chicken farming is not just about how the chicken tastes. But it’s probably fair in this world that a good upbringing gives us an extra good chicken. Because the Solbacka chicken grows more slowly, the taste becomes more mature and more developed. We know you will be pleasantly surprised – but you can expect that it is a few kroner more expensive than other chicken.
