OSCAR® Vegetable Broth Clear pasta is an intense broth that is both flavorful and strong. The taste is genuine and highlights the sweetness of the vegetables. The clear vegetable broth is good as a consommé or, for example, as a base in a minestrone soup. This broth also adds more flavor to vegetable dishes.

800 g – gives 41 liters of broth

Instructions for use
Dosage 20 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.
