For example, use for:

Flavoring of sauces – e.g. in a pepper sauce.
Use Premium Fermented Pepper for rubs and marinades, try e.g. Beef jerky or beef brisket.
Spread a thin layer on your steak, either before or after frying.

Add 10-40 g/l depending on use.

Storage before opening

Store dry and not above room temperature.

Storage after opening

Opened packaging is stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 6 weeks.
