OSCAR® Pepper Sauce is a deep and powerful sauce with a distinct taste of pepper, red wine and Demiglace. With a mixture of green peppercorns and dried and fermented black peppercorns, the sauce gets a complex, powerful and aromatic profile.

Brush the sauce with butter and serve with steak. Use it as a base for a classic creamy sauce or use it simply as a brushed glaze. OSCAR® Pepper sauce can be easily combined with all OSCAR® Signature fond, OSCAR® Fond concentrate and other sauces in the Ready-to-use series.
