As an Account Manager at Thatsup, your main focus is new customer processing and building up a customer base that you then nurture and upsell to. For this role, we are specifically looking for an Account Manager for Thatsup Web, an innovative comprehensive service for creating and maintaining websites. Everything is included in a fixed monthly cost – without start-up costs and commitment period – and we have solutions that suit both the small café and the large restaurant group. Some examples of websites we have built: Farang, Hobo, Nybrogatan 38 and AG. We currently have around 500 customers, of which over 200 have this product.
You manage the entire process, from exploration and appointment booking to sales. The collaboration with the customer continues even after the website is launched.
Job duties
Prospecting and appointment booking. Happens both via telephone, “canvas”/field (i.e. that you tap and introduce yourself and propose a meeting at a later date), as well as digitally.
Conduct new customer meetings.
Project management.
Customer care, additional sales, etc.
At the beginning of your career with us, the job largely consists of booking meetings and carrying them out. As you build up your customer base, there will also be a lot of customer care and additional sales.
