Our new mild oil with 70% sunflower oil and 30% Greek extra virgin olive oil comes in a flexible and easy-to-handle package for the commercial kitchen. It has a light olive oil character and is therefore perfect for dressings, marinades, emulsions, e.g. aioli, caesar dressing, etc.
A good price point, thanks to the sunflower oil, provides control over raw material costs.
