Ceremonial matcha from Shizouka, Japan by the cultivar Okumidori. The tea has a soft sweetness with a slightly fresh character and deep notes of umami.

Brewing tips:
Beat 1 matcha stick (2g) first carefully with a splash of cold water to a smooth paste. Then top up with approx. 100ml of hot water and whisk quickly back and forth until you get a smooth foam. Nice tea time.
