OSCAR® Ox broth pasta is a good basis when you, for example, will cook a stew. The authentic taste contributes to enhancing the dish and the taste experience. Try it the next time you cook beef stroganoff, or as a base in a good strong dark sauce, such as a red wine sauce.

Bucket with 5 kg of pasta gives 255 liters of broth.

Instructions for use
Dosage 20 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.
