In the simplest terms, it can best be described as the best of pizza and focaccia – a bit more moderate and with a really crispy edge. Our pinsa is baked in Italy, it is rich in bubbles, has an oval shape and to make life easier for you in the kitchen, it is pre-baked and individually packaged. As an added bonus, the Pinsa is also completely gluten-free!
