The B40 is a semi-professional model suitable for baking 12 loaves of 850 grams each or 18 small loaves (about 600 grams each). It has two steam vents for precise moisture control during baking. The height between the baking surfaces can be adjusted to meet professional standards. In addition, the B40 offers flexibility for continuous baking or baking with decreasing temperature.
